Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects the reliability, integrity, safety, and lawful operation of Bifalabs. It applies to all users, including candidates, recruiters, employers, administrators, partners, and API users.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not misuse the Services to cheat assessments, impersonate another person, bypass proctoring, tamper with browser controls, manipulate results, share answers, upload malicious code, attack the platform, scrape data, reverse engineer models, overload systems, violate privacy rights, harass users, discriminate unlawfully, resell unauthorized access, or use Bifalabs for any illegal or harmful purpose.
Data Misuse
Users may not export, copy, sell, disclose, or use candidate data outside authorized hiring, assessment, training, or workforce readiness purposes. Recruiters and employers may not use Bifalabs to build unrelated marketing lists, conduct unauthorized surveillance, or profile individuals for purposes unrelated to the Services.
Enforcement
Bifalabs may investigate suspected violations, remove content, restrict features, invalidate assessment sessions, suspend accounts, terminate access, notify affected organizations, preserve evidence, or cooperate with legal authorities where appropriate.
Reporting
Potential misuse may be reported to abuse@bifalabs.ai.
