Commitment
Bifalabs is committed to providing a platform that is accessible to users with disabilities and supportive of inclusive hiring practices. Accessibility is especially important because assessments can affect employment opportunity and should not create unnecessary barriers for qualified candidates.
Standards
Bifalabs works toward alignment with widely recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. The platform supports keyboard navigation, readable contrast, clear instructions, screen-reader-friendly content where feasible, captions or transcripts where appropriate, and alternatives for users who cannot complete certain proctoring or media requirements without accommodation.
Assessment Accommodations
Some assessments may require camera, microphone, screen sharing, typing, voice input, or timed responses. Candidates who need accommodations should be able to contact the inviting organization or Bifalabs support before the assessment. Employers remain responsible for evaluating accommodation requests and providing lawful alternatives where required.
Feedback
Users may report accessibility barriers to accessibility@bifalabs.ai. Reports should include the affected page, device, browser, assistive technology if applicable, and a description of the barrier.
