Unless expressly configured and legally reviewed under a separate agreement, Bifalabs outputs are intended to support human decision-making and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, rejection, promotion, compensation, or other material employment decisions.

Meaningful Human Review

Employers and recruiters should review the underlying evidence, job-related criteria, candidate context, accommodations, and any disputed proctoring events before making material decisions. Human reviewers should have authority to change or reject system recommendations.

Candidate Questions

Candidates are provided a reasonable way to ask questions or raise concerns about AI-assisted outputs, technical issues, accessibility barriers, or suspected inaccuracies where required by law or customer policy.
