Billing and Refund Policy

Purpose
This Billing and Refund Policy explains how Bifalabs handles subscriptions, invoices, renewals, plan changes, cancellations, usage charges, and refunds for paid Services. Specific order forms or enterprise agreements may override this policy where they conflict.
Billing Models
Bifalabs may offer employer subscriptions, recruiter subscriptions, candidate premium features, usage-based interview credits, proctoring add-ons, API packages, enterprise contracts, and training or readiness add-ons. Plan details may include seat limits, interview volume, storage limits, support levels, integrations, reporting, and API access.
Renewals
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Customers are responsible for canceling before renewal if they do not want the subscription to continue. Enterprise contracts may have separate renewal and notice requirements.
Usage and Overages
If a customer exceeds plan limits, Bifalabs may apply overage charges, require a plan upgrade, restrict additional usage, or contact the customer to adjust the subscription. Customers should monitor usage through the dashboard where available.
Cancellations
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or stated in the applicable agreement. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise specified.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable once paid, except where required by law, stated in a written agreement, or approved by Bifalabs in its discretion. Refund requests may be reviewed based on duplicate charges, billing error, service unavailability, or other exceptional circumstances.
Taxes
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, and similar charges unless Bifalabs is legally required to collect and remit them.
