Employer and Recruiter Terms
Last Updated: April 28, 2026
Purpose
These Employer and Recruiter Terms apply to organizations and authorized representatives that use Bifalabs to invite candidates, conduct AI interviews, review assessments, analyze skills, evaluate proctoring results, access dashboards, export reports, or manage hiring workflows.
Lawful Use
Employers and recruiters are responsible for using the Services in compliance with employment, labor, anti-discrimination, privacy, consumer protection, accessibility, and data protection laws. Bifalabs provides technology infrastructure and decision-support outputs, but the customer remains responsible for final hiring decisions, job-related criteria, candidate notices, consent workflows, accommodations, and recordkeeping.
Candidate Notices and Consent
Customers must provide candidates with all legally required notices before using Bifalabs assessments, AI tools, recordings, proctoring, identity verification, or automated decision-support features. Where consent is required, customers must obtain valid consent or use a legally sufficient alternative basis before processing.
Human Review and Fairness
Customers should not rely solely on Bifalabs AI outputs, integrity scores, or rankings to make final hiring, promotion, rejection, compensation, or similar material decisions. Customers should maintain human review, audit their hiring process for bias, use job-related criteria, and respond appropriately to candidate disputes or accommodation requests.
Confidentiality and Candidate Data
Customers must protect candidate data accessed through the Services and may use it only for authorized hiring, assessment, training, or workforce readiness purposes. Customers may not resell candidate data, scrape platform data, build competing datasets, or use candidate information for unrelated advertising, profiling, or surveillance.
Subscriptions and Usage
Customers are responsible for paying all fees, staying within plan limits, managing authorized users, and preventing unauthorized account sharing. Bifalabs may enforce usage limits, suspend overdue accounts, or require plan upgrades if usage exceeds contracted capacity.
Audit and Compliance Support
Bifalabs may provide reports, logs, model documentation, security summaries, and data processing documentation to support enterprise review. Customers remain responsible for determining whether the Services meet their regulatory obligations in each jurisdiction where they use the platform.
